Q: When I place an order for a top cushion how long before my order is shipped?

A: We try to get all orders out in less than 48 hours of our receiving the necessary order information.  Orders received over the weekend are normally shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A:  Our shipping cost is posted and you see the cost when you chose your shipping method.  Also the shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q:  I want to send you my seat to have the polymer installed.   What is your shipping address?

Q:  What is the warranty on your motorcycle seat cushions?

A:  All Top Cushions have a one (1) year warranty.   All Polymers we install have a lifetime warranty with normal use. 

Q: Are there group discounts for clubs or not-for-profit organizations?

A: We do offer discounts for  fundraising or special events.   Call us today for details.  336-643-1367

Q:  Do you sell just the seat polymers installation kits?

A:  Yes we do the install kit for the people who want to install the polymers themselves.  The Kit comes with the instructions, seat polymer, and a layer of seat foam.  

Q: If I send you my seat can you lower my seat and install the polymer?

A: While installing our seat polymers we can adjust the height and the pitch of most seats in order to maximize your comfort and safety.  We do not charge for minor changes major changes we discuss the price before modifying the seat.  

Q: Will you work on custom seats?

A: We will install our seat polymers in most seats.  Some custom seats we do not.   If you are doing a custom seat we recommend you put our seat polymers in the seat before you have it covered.  Some custom covers will never look the same one they are stretched and molded to a seat.

A:  All installations we do have a lifetime warranty on the seat polymers with normal use
